Information Collected

This privacy policy applies to the fortitude app (hereby referred to as Application) for mobile devices that was created by Ten Eight Studios (hereby referred to as Service Provider) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use AS IS. This application collects no data that is relevant to the user unless manually generated by the user. This means that you, as a person and the device you use is unknown to the service provider. The only exception to that is if you reach out to the service provider from within the application. At that time, only the information you share is known. This application uses Apple HealthKit to read and write mindfulness minutes during the journal entry process. You can disable this at any time by visiting settings page.

Third Party Frameworks

This application uses third-party frameworks such as RevenueCat, and TelemetryDeck. RevenueCat is used for in-app purchases, and TelemetryDeck is used for privacy focused, anonymized analytics to better this application. The third-party frameworks respective privacy policies can be found on the Settings -> Analytics page. Alternatively, you can opt out of the use of the analytics there as well. In order to opt out of RevenueCat data collection, please refrain from making any in-app purchase or subscription.

Opt Out Rights

You may opt out of the collection of analytics by navigating to the Settings -> Analytics page and toggling it off. Alternatively, to opt out of RevenueCat information collection, simply don’t make any purchases or subscribe.

Data Retention

The service provider retains no data about you. This application uses Apple CloudKit to persist your information which is all maintained, and controlled by you and Apple. Please contact them in regards to how to remove any data associated with this application.
